🧭 About Worcester
Maryland's Only Oceanfront County — Boardwalk to Wild Horses

Worcester County is Maryland's only county on the Atlantic Ocean, home to the boardwalk energy of Ocean City on one end and the untouched barrier-island wilderness of Assateague on the other. In between, historic Snow Hill sits quietly on the Pocomoke River and Berlin's Victorian downtown has been named one of the coolest small towns in America — a county that swings from beach resort to wild horses to cypress swamp within a half-hour drive.
